Card on File : A valid card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments booked online without a card on file will be declined.

Late Arrival : if you arrive 15 min later than your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled and 50 of booked service price will be charged to the card on file.

Late Cancellation : If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. A valid card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50 of the service price. No shows will be subject to a fee equal 100 of the service price.

No show : If you do not show up to your appointment at all and we do not hear from you, 100 of the services will be charged to the card on file. In case if the card on file declines or is invalid, it will be recorded in the customers notes & until the balance is paid, we will not accept bookings under the customer.

No extra guests.
